Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common delivery and logistics questions from our buyers.

What is the lead time for standard catalog products?
For standard catalog products we maintain rolling safety stock, so in-stock orders can be shipped within 3-7 business days. For new production orders, the standard lead time is 15-25 business days from payment confirmation to EX-WORKS. Custom or OEM orders typically require 25-35 days depending on complexity.
Can you handle urgent or emergency orders?
Yes. We maintain ready inventory for high-demand standard models specifically to handle urgent replenishment needs. For critical emergency orders, we can prioritize your production in our scheduling. Please contact your account manager directly -- via WhatsApp for fastest response -- to check real-time stock availability and discuss expedited arrangements.
What trade terms do you support?
Our standard term is FOB Ningbo. We also support CIF, EXW, and DDP depending on your preference and destination. DDP is especially popular with buyers who want a simplified, door-to-door experience without handling customs themselves. Let us know your preferred Incoterms when requesting a quotation.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your shipment is loaded and the container is sealed, we immediately provide you with the Bill of Lading (B/L), packing list, commercial invoice, and container number. You can track the vessel in real time using the container number on your shipping carrier's website. Your account manager also proactively sends you estimated arrival updates throughout the voyage.
What documentation is provided with each shipment?
Standard shipping documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin. For DOT-certified products, we also provide the DOT compliance certificate and FMVSS 106 test report. If your customs or customer requires additional documentation (e.g., material certificates, SGS inspection reports), please inform us at order placement.
What happens if goods are delayed or damaged in transit?
For FOB shipments, freight risk transfers to you upon loading. We strongly recommend arranging cargo insurance for peace of mind. For CIF or DDP shipments, we include marine insurance coverage. If any issue arises, our team will assist with documentation for insurance claims and coordinate with the freight forwarder to resolve the matter promptly. We have a zero-deflection policy -- your account manager stays accountable throughout.
Can I mix multiple product types in one shipment?
Absolutely. We support small mixed batch orders -- you can combine DOT fittings, NPT adapters, elbows, tees, and other product families within a single shipment. This reduces freight cost per unit and simplifies your import process. Our flexible MOQ policy is designed precisely for buyers who need product variety without forcing full-pallet minimums per SKU.
